On Friday, I grabbed lunch with my aunt and her uber-fitness-y friend after a morning of Black Friday shopping. We got to talking about the National HM and she said, “Why not run the full?”
I hadn’t really thought about up until that point, but after that I couldn’t get it out of my head. So, new training plan time!
I’m going to check monitor my progress daily. I shortened the plan by a week because of time. I’m not sure how I’ll deal with the taper. I’ll think about it more when it gets here!
Now that I have this goal and training plan, I need inspiration!
